How to configure KickIt! button in Community Server?

CodeBetter.CommunityServerExtensions.dll allows to add captcha control and KickIt! button to Community Server 2007. I configured captcha control but have no luck with KickIt! button.

The related web page is here but there is no description how to use it and library is not downloadable.

Please advice how I can configure KichIt! button?
