Connect to Microsoft Exchange Online with MAPI33

I am trying to connect to Microsoft Exchange Online with the help of Mapi33 library (yes, this library seems to be unmaintainable, but what is the other option?). Outlook is using Outlook Anywhere(RPC over HTTP) to connect to proxy server. Can't find any sample code on how to create profile in this case.
