Have you checked the XLink namespace in the SLD file? It should look like this:

xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink"

yes in my sld file has xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink"Why after i upload it is empty?

You are missing the "http://www." part. Namespace URIs must match identically. Your resource is empty because the server is saying that it cannot process your request.
