Google Calendar App shows "Busy"; how to share more details?

We're building a multiuser platform, where each registered user has a Google App account with his e-mail and calendar. People can add to the events to the calendar, but the entry always show "Busy" instead of displaying the full event details.

Any ideas?

This setting is under the configuration for the Application domain rather than the calendars themselves. As such, this applies not just to the current user, but to everyone in the domain.
