My company is looking to create a few development projects and run them in an open-source community manner (over seeing committer-body, patch submission process, etc). We're looking for a Sourceforge, Codeplex, or Google Code like platform that we can host in-house.

We're a .NET shop using SVN for version control, CC.NET (soon to move to TeamCity) for build management, and we have a large investment in Confluence for doc and collaboration. We have a pretty solid line up for infrastructure will all those things, but we lack feature management tool that can sit atop all this. A forums platform with email/Exchange integration would be mighty nice as well :)

Any ideas or recommendations? I'm thinking we might just setup an instance of Trac and call it a day, but I was curious if there was any simple, reasonably priced solutions out there that can sit on top of our existing investments and tie it all together.
