Enterprise Library 5.0 will ship in March alongside VS 2010. Alongside this will be a new version of Unity (2.0) and we're planning a Unity Guide to go with it.

Chapters 14 and 15 of Dependency Injection in .NET by Mark Seemann cover Unity and MEF, respectively. The site states that it's due this summer, but you might be able to get the chapters earlier once they're available through MEAP.
