Sharepoint web part property Editor problem

Hi all

I create a custom sharepoint web part with a custom Property Editor. There are one Listbox and one button. When I click the Button, it would add a new item to the listbox. But, when I click the Apply button, the number of the listbox item would be twice. Does anyone meet this problem before?
