calculated formula to extract users seperated by semicolons in sharepoint 2007

a sharepoint field contains 4 users seperated by semicolons ( filled by people picker )

i want to create 4 different fields in the same list which will be of type calculated

each of them will contain 1 user from the multiuser field mentioned above .

what should i put in the formula of the these fields ?
