Memcached Alternative?

Can anyone tell me any alternative of Memcached Server which is as good as memcache or better than it..

For what? As non-persistent storage memcached is the best solution.

When it comes to RAM-based cache storage, there really is no better as far as I know. If it's good enough for LiveJournal (who started Memcached), it's more than likely fast enough for whatever you have in mind.

Since you're using ASP.Net, Velocity is on it's way.

In the mean time you may have to settle for your own in-house routines like the rest of us.
