VS2008 Team Test Project is not loading.

Whenever I open a VS2008 solution containing a VSTT project I get the following message:

What is missing in my VS2008?

Do I need to install Visual Studio Team Test? But it is not free. A 90-days trial copy is available on the net.

Can I use any other software plug-in to load this project?
