The latest push on Codplex (http://mef.codeplex.com/) is from Tue Feb 16 2010 at 9:00 (Preview 9 - Beta). Any idea where to get the latest final source which has been released in in .NET 4.0 recently?

The source on the MEF codeplex site for the latest preview (preview 9) is the source that shipped in .Net 4.0. Keep in mind though if you are trying to build it from the codeplex sources they are setup to target .Net 3.5, which has some #ifdefs, but you should be able to set the correct defines and build targeting .Net 4.0.
