Tool for screen drawing (html components)

Question

I am using google docs to draw draft screens for specs. I wonder if there is a tool to simulate draft screens. For example I couldn't put a combobox on google docs easily.

You can give ForeUI a shot. It provides many widgets for screen mockup creation. What's more, it allows you to switch the UI theme to change the UI style.
