Froyo (Android 2.2) source code

Is the Froyo (Android 2.2) source code available? I've browsed the Android code repository using gitweb and haven't found an Android 2.2 tag or a froyo head.

No, it's not. I have been checking the git repo lately but they are just pushing small changes. Take into account that Google didn't announce when they will push froyo.

Let's keep on waiting :(
