Which Google Code license should I use?

Hello

I would like to store my code on a repository such as Google Code. What kind of license should I use? I don't want to block me. My code may be open source and reused by others but I want to be able to reuse it in any open source project or not, and gainful project or not.

Thank you.

I suspect you've misunderstood part of how licensing works.

If it is your code, then you own the copyright. Whatever license you release it under for other people, you can do what you want with your own code.

Additionally you have the right to license it however you want for certain other people if you so wish, without the "public" license applying to those people.

You can release it under the most restrictive copyleft license for the general public, but then grant certain others a very very permissive license if you want (noting that they might then be able to distribute your code publicly under this less restrictive license).
