Does anyone know where can I find the sample code for Practical .NET2 and C#2? www.practicaldot.net seems to be abandoned.

Update: It seems the email address at the above link is unused or abandoned. A quick search at google revealed some other, possibly useful info. It seems that he's a user on StackOverflow: Patrick Smacchia. His profile says he's a lead developer working on NDepend, so you might investigate that lead if you really need those code samples.
