How to copresss ECG data to fit into an sms.

unless you con compress your ECG data into 160 characters or less I would consider using MMS. Even if you do compress your ECG data and send it via SMS, how does one decrypt it on the mobile device? Even with MMS you would have a file size constraint (I think around 300kb but might depend on the carrier as well).

Yes i am intending to compress the data using huffman ascii coding. MMS is not the requirments. On receiving side. Pc can be used with another gsm modem.
