I found a Computer Science II: Programming Abstractions course by Stanford at Academic Earth.

With a I from one place, a II (the above one) from an other place and a III from yet an other place, can you assemble a full Computer Science graduation course for me and maybe others too?

The Computer Science knowledge from university... it's Data Structures, Algorithms... what else? Names will make the finding much easier.

There is a good competency matrix for a programmer that you can find here but from a personal point of view what you are asking is not that easy.

Every university has its structure and its own ideas about how their students should learn computer science, in addition the great boost of knowledge is always given by personal experencies, courses can help you understand what you need to work out but they will be useless without many hours spent in developing.

I would focus on find a good serie of books to start with more than courses.
