MS CRM import (grants360) customization faild

Question

By using MS CRM in Setting Tab > Customization > Import Customizations takes so long time for uploading grants360 customization files and generate/send email to me that Import Organization faild.

my Server installed software configuration are:

1. Windows Server 2003
2. MS SQL SERVER
3. 2005 MS CRM 4.0

I realy don't know what is the reason for this failure and how i resolve it.
