Does anyone know of a good piece of open source software or system for doing living policy documents?
Constraints:
- Automagically generates table of contents
- Authorization levels and control
- Quickly sort sections and swap them around without losing formatting
- Management sections invisible to non-managers
- Automagically assigns section numbers
- Document will constantly be updated by key players, live.
