Are there any good books that explains Rx, MVVM, PRISM/CAL from ground up? I googled, but could not find anything that covers all these three.

Thnx. I already have purchased the Alpha Edition of the e-book from Apress, and have read all 7 chapters, and i could not see anything on PRISM/CAL, Rx or even a run through on enterprise quality MVVM, although it does explain MVVM concepts (basic ideas) but nothing great compared to what is out there in the web. Its been a very normal book on WPF, at the best!
