:the format of file 'crystaldecisions.web' is invalid

i've created a web application using asp.net(visual studio 2005).its working fine in my laptop which is Xp loaded.But,when i copy the same into the server and run from there..it is showing the following error. :the format of file 'crystaldecisions.web' is invalid.

I searched web and got answers like crysta report version issues....we tried to reinsatll crystal reports...even installed visual studio in the server...but in vail. Can anybody help,Please?
