Online Trading Simulation Game Silverlight VS Flash(Flex)

Hi,

We want to develop an online simulation game to our customers. As part of the analysis, we have got few technical options to consideration and they are silverlight and flash.

Could you please let me know the advantages and disadvantages of considering these technologies in terms of development time, security, testing and maintainance.

Please let me know if there is better technology than these two.

I would say everything depends, since two factors can change a lot of thing : your customer and your team. Many big business have a very Microsoft-oriented Information System and will provide a very friendly environnement for Silverlight. And they sometimes ban Flash for different reason. It could also be dependant on your skills : if you like Java, go for Flash ; if you have a .NET team, Silverlight'll be easier to manage.
