any PHP open source image sharing project ?

I need to make image sharing website .Like flickr picasa etc..

is there any open source available for it ?

yeh saw this already , but it should support user-management too.. plogger is just one man(admin) sharing only.. i wana social sharing like Picasa,Flickr.

You can take look at phpFlickr. It's a library to communicate with Flickr's API. The only thing you need is a Flickr account with a valid API key.

not API's thing , I need social image sharing script.It is nothing to do with Flickr's content .

You could make use of the API to upload, store and retrieve your photo's and write a simple site with user management to it? Or is it required you host the photos yourself?
