Are there any good (as in recommended) (and free) resources available for finding CS related scholarships?

I don't know about scholarships, but Research Assistant positions pays for tuition and some stipend, which could include some work of being Teaching Assistant and Grader. When I did RA, I think there were 20 hour/week commitment to code on some research project. Find the field, school, then talk to the department or professor.
