Take a look at http://www.aspspider.com/.
According to their site, they offer:
Web hosting package for ASP.NET programmers:
- Free hosting with ASP.NET 2.0.
- SQL Server 2005 Express.
- MS Access support.
- Up to 100 MB disk space.
- 2 GB monthly data transfer.
- Your own domain name.
You have to register, and it is not guaranteed that they will let you have a spot on one of their servers. I haven't used them myself, so proceed at your own risk. But if it is not anything important, it should work fine.
The only other one that actually looks "free" and isn't just a long trial period appears to be: http://asphost4free.com/
