Suggest a book on Oracle Application Framework

Suggest me a book on Oracle Application Framework, please. OAF is not Oracle ADF.

Plus this topic here, http://forums.oracle.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=513464, seems to state there is a detailed guide and toolbox tutorial that comes along with the JDeveloper extension for OAF development.

Unfortunately not sure about books or if there are any ones out there.
