My Iphone AppStore Language has changed how do i get it back to what it was origally ?

My IPhone Appstore Language has changed to french when i went away on holiday. But the langage has not changed back to English Yet. and it wont let me download any apps can some one please tell me how to get it back to an English Language

I have this same problem, but mine is in Portuguese, and I haven't been anywhere out of the UK!
