Whats the Hierarchy or developer "programmer" job position?

Please can you tell me this Hierarchy.

Such as (just as example) :

Junior

Senior

Technical Manager -

....

....

+2  A:

Intern, Junior, Senior, Principal, Architect

Some places I've worked replace the last 2 with just "Consultant".

A long time ago I saw such a list, one someone's wall in a cublicle.

At the top of the list was "contractor: because contractors do all the work ... and, get paid for every hour."

At Microsoft it goes:

SDE I -> SDE II -> Senior SDE -> Principal SDE

Above Principal it gets murky. You have Architects and Partner SDEs and general management types at that point.
