Amazon.com might qualify. It calls on hundreds of services every time you make a request. If it's not at the top of the list, I'll bet it's in the Top Ten for complexity.

I think some of the Google webapps like the search engine, GMail and Analytics are pretty complex.

I think Archello.com is super complex. Social networking, advanced search, augmented reality, open source, videos, database, newsletters etc. it seems to have everything possible on one website.
