Which international city has the most Ruby on Rails jobs?

I would like to ("need to" might be a better way of putting it) move to a city where I have a better chance of finding my first Rails job.

Within the United States, my best guess is maybe San Francisco.

Outside the US I have no idea, although I want to avoid countries where wages would not be on a par with the US.

How could I determine which city has the most jobs for Rails?

India is the #1 region while San Francisco is indeed the #1 city within the US.

That's not to say there aren't more developers in India than anywhere else. Given the size of the country, it's probably true.

From that, one can assume Russia, New Zealand and Norway also all have more Rails jobs than in America.. err?
