Would you include your ranking in online judges as UVA or SPOJ, or reputation in programming related websites like SO in your resumé?

No, I would leave that for a topic for conversation during a possible interview.

No. You may include a line about your active participation in organizations or clubs but that is about it. You can always bring it up during the interview, especially in the "How do you stay current" type of questions

Only if it's relevant to the job you're applying for and your ranking is very high.

This also depends a lot about what other accomplishments you can put on your resume. You don't want to list everything you've done, just the best points about you.

No. I might include "Being active in programming communities, i.e. StackOverflow.com", but the actual ranking is something I consider not relevant for now.

Of course, the situation is different if you can say "Had my own Advertising campaign based on my rating on StackOverflow.com", but that does not apply to most people.

Not a good idea in my opinion, these days your employeer will probablly have at least Googled your name before you show up, it's better if they discover it on their own.
