I'm having problems optimizing my mobile site. I've submitted a sitemap with a 1000 links but only 600 have been properly indexed. The thing is the links are 301 redirects that are being passed to NATs:

  1. 301 redirects goes to mobile site
  2. passed to NATs
  3. then comes back

Any suggestions would be honored. Thank you for taking your time to check this question out.

For many sites having 600 out of 1000 pages show up in Google results for site:yourdomain.com is a good success rate.

I didn't know that. I'm so use to seeing everything getting indexed.

For most setups you can check your web server logs to see what URLs have been accessed by Googlebot. Google may choose to show only a subset of those URLs in their search results.
