I'm running a large private beta release for an application, about 100 beta testers. This number keeps increasing.

I'm looking for a website like http://uservoice.com but more focused on private beta releases. Only accessed by invitation, allows me to store private download files as well as voting alike uservoice functionality.

Do you know any website/service like this? Free or commercial.

Or what's the best way to carry out large private beta processes? Do I have to roll my own system?

You could try something like http://launchpad.net/

Looking really good but I think it's specifically designed for open source software and doesn't support private version or does it? I'm still trying go through help files in the website.
