According to the O'Reilly website, there's only one edition, and it's 2007. The ISBN matches the one you posted.

Advanced Rails Recipes by Mike Clark is from 2008, so it's a little more recent. It's pretty good. I found a few useful recipes in it. However, I doubt that there's any info in either book that couldn't be found online. Ryan Bates's Railscasts is a collection of recipes much larger than both books combined, and more current.
