InfoPath Script Editor Install

My job disables or does not install (I don't know which one) the Script Editor that InfoPath uses. But now I need it to add custom code to my forms and I'm having trouble installing it. Even worse, when I call the IT support, they don't know what am I talking about. Do you know where within Office 2003 setup files is the Script Editor install?
