Do you have a suggestion of a CMS writeten in Ruby on Rails. I need it for a corporate intranet. I am new to RoR, I am a PHP programmer, so it is better for me not to start from scratch.

Take a look at this comparison http://www.cmswire.com/cms/web-cms/ruby-on-rails-playing-in-the-open-source-web-cms-market-004250.php

If you are a php programmer, then use Drupal, Joomla. They are pretty powerful and awesome.

Have a look at RadiantCms and BrowserCMS built on ROR, if you are still interested.:)

I'd second Radiant; it's very solid and extremely flexible, I've used it for a number of projects in the past. Easy to extend if you need to, too. That said, it's a good first project if you're not a RoR programmer by trade- might be worth it to start from scratch and learn the ropes than dive into someone else's project!

Have you seen the code of Drupal and Joomla? It old spaghetti/procedural code. Radiant although basic it might be a good start. I will have a look to BrowseCMS
