Disable WebPart menu toolltip

When using the popup menu on a WebPartZone - I've set the MenuPopupImage property to some url and the WebPartVerbRenderMode to Menu - a tool tip is shown whenever I hover over the menu image. Is says 'Verbs'. This is not very helpful.

How do I get rid of it or change it in some meaningful words?
