FFmpeg video problem

Hello.

I am using FFmpeg for the video conversion and thumbnail generations on my php site, but the main problem is that if I upload any file it is directly converted to flv.

And thumbnail genration: how how can I do this?

Please help me.

I'm not sure what the question is here... Are you asking how ffmpeg is capable of this? Well, a lot of hard work by the ffmpeg developerer!!! :)
