where to get updates on latest release of flash vm?

I can download the latest flash vm here: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/

But where can I get updates about new releases of the flash vm? The RSS feeds here are no help.

Edit: and where are the changelogs?

Never done it but probably you could Register yourself at the Adobe website and they would then send you notifications by mail regarding updates, new realeases etc.
