SymAddSourceStream questions

Did I get it right that SymAddSourceStream function is an equivalent of pdbstr.exe command line tool that comes with MS Source Server?

I wrote a test that does SymInitialize/SymLoadModule64/ SymAddSourceStream/SymUnloadModule64/SymCleanup calls sequence and it works without errors, however the target pdb file remains unchanged.

Does anybody have an example of proper SymAddSourceStream usage?
