You may try to contact Shereen Khoja at the following url.
She has manually tagged 50,000 words of Arabic newspaper text with the basic tags (noun, verb, particle). She also has a small subset of these with more detailled tags. I understand that she'll kindly make these available, on demand, for research purposes. If nothing else, she may point you in the right direction, or confirm that the object of your quest is a scarce commodity...
If that fails, you may need to cough up a few dollars :-( (or more that a few in some cases... ) a the Linguistic Data Consortium (LDC)
Arabic corpora is not plentiful and your specific requirements of domain or type of tagging may further reduce your options...
