It's made by a firm from Taiwan, you can see the product introducing page here:http://www.topnav.com.tw/product/compass/TDCM3.htmlYou can ask them directly where can you buy that.By the way, I have already solve this problem. The TTL to RS232 module doesn't have a manual, but it need to connect vcc and gnd on it.Hope this could be helpful :D
