Opinions on DBCook?

Hi everyone!
I'm looking for opinions on the DBCook framework as a declarative wrapper for SQLAlchemy.. Has anyone used it?

I don't know DBCook, but it seems to be a similar project as Elixir. You may have a look at that project. It seems to be more active and is widely used (New TurboGears versions use this).
