I am looking forward to pros/cons on using 960 grid css framework. When using grid css framework I feel that I am back to the old days using table to do all the layouts. Because everything is defined as classes <div class="grid_3 prefix_10">
. And this seems to me is mixing the layout with html. If you look at csszengarden I really don’t think grid css frameworks can achieve the same. However other than the mentions problem I am really happy with 960 so far. During the design phase, if done properly it’s very easy to implement the design correctly in html. Any experienced users please point out other pros/cons on using grid css frameworks. Thank you.

if you scroll down the 960.gs intro page, you will see a Video Tutorial (under Tutorials) about the Framework, and there Jeffrey Way explains how to use the 960 framework as well, at the end says why is not the answer for everything.
