Excuse me.

Currently, I am finding the remote access service that is fast and allow us to install program temporarily such as unity player, fiddler2, etc. to debug for web site.

Previous I find crossbrowsertesting.com but I get it not quite responsive for the remotely accessed machine even when I am using local VNC there.

May I ask if there is any other recommended remote access service like the one in crossbrowsertesting.com?

We've used BrowserCam in the past with great success. They support all browsers, operating systems, devices, remote access, and delivery mechanisms. Their prices are also quite reasonable.

Hey this is tony from crossbrowsertesting.com. And you are absolutely correct that the best possible setup is an in-house solution. But there is a cost in keeping that setup current. That is what our service does for you. We can become your browsertesting lab.

Our service is remote access through the applet or a VNC client. And the performance is completely based on network speed. If you cant get to our servers quick enough then you will get lag.

I am biased so my answer is come back to our service and see if we can work out the speed issues. :)

Yet another option would be BrowserSeal. Since it is an application and not a web service, it is much faster compared to pretty much everything else.
