Does simplecdn, rackspace cloud file or other pay as you go CDN support Flash pseudo streaming?

simplecdn supports rtmp streaming... cloud files says progressive download...

But are they pseudo stream? ie. seek to middle of file and start streaming from there.

I am looking for the same thing, and I am already a cloud files/site user. I was hoping this was an old post, but unfortunately it's very current.
