How can you use Sphinx for Python 3.x documentation? http://doc.python.org/3.1 seem to have managed it.

The documentation is in reStructuredText as you can see in their SVN repository (they also mention it in the documentation). Obviously other tools are involved to help building those source files, but it doesn't need Sphinx to be run with a 3.1.
