What is NNTP and use of that?Where we implements it?How to Implement it?

+1  A:

I suppose the wikipedia page on NNTP might be a good start :

The Network News Transfer Protocol (NNTP) is an Internet application protocol used for transporting Usenet news articles (netnews) between news servers and for reading and posting articles by end user client applications.

The next logical step, if you want to understand how it works under the hood, would be its RFC : RFC 977 - Network News Transfer Protocol

NNTP specifies a protocol for the distribution, inquiry, retrieval, and posting of news articles using a reliable stream-based transmission of news among the ARPA-Internet community.
NNTP is designed so that news articles are stored in a central database allowing a subscriber to select only those items he wishes to read.
Indexing, cross-referencing, and expiration of aged messages are also provided.
