the caller was not authenticated by the service. wcf

i have used wshttpbindings and also

gave 

lobjConnection.ClientCredentials.Windows.ClientCredential.UserName = "aa";
lobjConnection.ClientCredentials.Windows.ClientCredential.Password  = "pass";

but still i am facing same error
