How to upgarde VSTO Excel addin 2003

Upgrade is available for Excel 2003 addin? Is the ClickOnce manifest feature is avalibale with VSTO Excel 2003 addin?

I am working on VSTO Excel addin 2003 and I have published the addin using set and deployment project into one location. Now I am looking for , which will upgrade my addin automatically when the excel is in the startup mode.

Is there any upgrade feature available for 2003 addin same as like 2007 addin?
